Craigieburn Fires
On December 5th 2024 the Craigieburn fires left a lasting mark on one of New Zealand’s most iconic alpine landscapes. This trail running event was created as a community-driven response to support recovery and raise awareness for the community restoration efforts across the Craigieburn Valley.
100% of event proceeds go toward helping restore native biodiversity, support local landowners and DOC, building long-term community resilience in the wake of the burn.
